How Pricing Works:

Most estate sale companies charge you a fixed percentage of the sale's gross profits. For example, if the estate sale company charges you 40% of the gross sales and the sale generates $10,000, you would owe the estate sale company $4,000. Hooked Estate Sales operates the same way charging you a fix percentage of the gross revenue or we have tiered pricing plans for estates over $25,000.

What's Included:

Hooked Estate Sales takes care of almost every detail of the sale to reduce the time and effort on your part and deliver a great customer experience. Hooked provides all the necessary expertise, technology and equipment needed for a sale. Our services  include:

• Free consultation & assessment.
• Written contract with transparent pricing.
• All supplies and equipment for the sale.
• Staging, photographing and video of items for sale.
• Item valuation and pricing.
• Advertising & signage to attract customers.
• Friendly staff to ensure a great customer experience.
• Payment processing including Cash, Credit and Cash apps accepted.
• Post sale clean-up and a detailed financial report.
• Fast settlement (usually within 5 business days) after completion of sale.
• An estate sales professional to answer questions and provide updates.
• Registered LLC with the state of Michigan, 1M General Liability insurance and workers compensation insurance as required by law.

Add-on Services:

Hooked Estate Sales provides a turnkey solution for most estate sales, however there are some Add-on services available that require an additional fee. We can walk you through your options during our free no obligation consultation. These services can include:

• Disposition of remaining sale items.
• Boxing, hauling or moving items out of the house.
• Excessive cleaning or clearing of items to accommodate sale.

What is not included:

Although Hooked Estate Sales provides a turnkey solution for your sale, there are some limitations and restrictions that include:

• Lifting, moving or relocating items greater than 75lbs. Heavy items will stay where they are for the sale.
• The sale of certain items (tobacco, mattresses, alcohol, animals) or sale of any items prohibited by state or local law.

What We Need From You:

Hooked Estate Sales cannot be successful without the support and cooperation of the estate owner. We ask that you provide some basic accommodations so that we can provide the best possible experience for customers. The minimum expectations include:

• Access to the premises to prepare for the sale-this may require several days depending on the size of the sale.
• Any items not being sold must be removed or separated before sale commences.
• No one can be living in the home while we prepare and conduct the sale.
• Have current homeowners insurance throughout the entire sale dates.
• On premise utilities must be working.
