Estate sales have become a popular option for estates, living estates and downsizing. The key to a successful sale is having enough time to prepare, advertise and conduct the sale. Out typical sales need 10 days from start to finish depending on the estate size. If your considering an estate sale we suggest you contact us at least 30 days prior to wanting a sale. 

Our estate sale services are designed to minimize your burden and time. We handle every detail of the process so it is best to leave things as is in the home. We will organize (stage) the home, photograph items, price items, and prepare the home for customers. 

Hooked Estate Sales sells a wide variety of items, including furniture, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, art, and all household items. We also sell vehicles, boats, and other large items if they are included in the estate.  We are experts at understanding the sellable value of items and have a network of professional appraisers we work with. 

All unsold items become your property to do as you wish. Our contract also includes an option for us to keep selling items, that we feel have value, after the sale utilizing our network and eBay store. This ensures that items of value are not just discarded and generate more revenue.  We can also arrange for a complete clean-out of any unsellable items left  at an additional cost. 

Our marketing strategy uses a combination of advertising on Estatesales.net of which we are a Gold member, our FB page with over 600 followers and our reputation in the area. We take photos of every item at the sale and use these photos to showcase the items for sale and attract buyers. All advertising costs are included with our services.
